Xbox One owners in other countries will be able to buy the consoles outright, but they will have to pay for the console separately (though the games will work on any Xbox One).
Once downloaded, each of the four games will run up to seven times and require a download code to play. This is good because it ensures that game progress will be saved between downloads, so if you’re playing on the road or on a plane then you can continue to play just as long as you have a connection.
The games themselves are a bit difficult to understand as they’re listed as being for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. But they actually do have a “pass” requirement to play them on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Those who purchase the consoles will be told that they must download the games to their consoles at the time of purchase. All other Xbox One and Xbox 360 games will work on any Xbox One or Xbox 360. These games will not have a download code requirement.
So if you have a xbox game pass you can play it on Xbox One or Xbox 360, but you will need to download the game to your console at the time of purchase. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 games with a download code requirement will not be playable.
If you don’t have a xbox game pass, you can still play the games on Xbox One or Xbox 360. They will not have a download code requirement.

For people who need to game on the go, owning a console might seem like a waste of money or storage space.
