I was lucky enough to receive this box of games from the folks at the British retailer GameStop when they had a sale on console games. I was happy to find a few games that I hadn’t seen before. I especially liked the ones from the ‘90s that were mostly platform exclusives. They were all fun to play and I plan on stocking up on them for when I get the chance.
The big one was Tomb Raider. It had some great gameplay and a great story, which was totally unexpected from the developer. I did however have one of those annoying moments where the entire game crashes, even when I restarted. I guess these things happen sometimes, but I still wouldnt hesitate to buy this game again.
I had another one of those moments where I could not play Tomb Raider on my console because of some kind of bug. At this point I still have not figured out what the problem was, but I am hopeful that it was not the game.
If you’re really worried about having a problem playing Tomb Raider, I recommend you get an external hard drive and plug it in. I had a friend who had a video card that did not work with his PC. He had to buy a console, and he did so by putting up his PC on an external hard drive. This worked great, and his PC was back up and running in no time.
Well, I have done it several times. I buy the console, plug the hard drive (which is formatted with a Linux operating system) into it, and then plug an external hard drive into the console. I have done this on a few different consoles, and the hard drive and the console work fine together.
The problem I have found with this is that if the console is not running and I want to play a game, I have to go to my hard drive and play it there. I can get the games from the console, but I can’t get them on the hard drive directly. The only solution I’ve found is to buy a Windows media center. But even then I have to have a way to transfer the games from the hard drive to the media center.
If you own a gaming PC, you can download games directly onto your hard drive from the online console or on a USB stick. The only problem is that you can only do it once. And they have a maximum download time of two hours.
The Xbox LIVE Arcade is a little bit of an ugly duckling. Most of the games are either free or require a subscription. It’s a lot like Steam: if you want to play old PS2 games on your PS3, you’ll have to buy a PlayStation Plus membership. And if you want to play old PC games, you’ll have to buy a Xbox Live Gold membership.
The difference between PC and console games is that an online console game is online, but a PC game is local. And the difference between PC and Xbox Live is that you can download games, but you can only play them offline. Which means you need to play offline. But here’s the thing, your Xbox 360 and your Xbox One have the same hardware and share the same internet connection. Your Xbox 360 is in your living room and vice versa.
The Xbox 360 is one of the only consoles that you can use to play online console games, but only if you’ve got a Microsoft account. So if you’re already a member of Xbox Live, your Xbox 360 is your own console. But if you’re a member of Microsoft’s Xbox Live, you can play online console games on either console.
