The Skyrim special edition board lists the symbol of 2 as the beginning, just like Oblivion. It is a little odd (in my opinion) to see Bethesda’s forum listing the symbol of 1 as the beginning. Also, I don’t think any of the special edition boards listed on this page were created or edited by Bethesda.
