This globe-game is a combination of a game and a lesson. It is a game whereby you take turns drawing a line in the sand and then deciding how far you want to go. The lesson is that you never know what is around the corner and you have to be careful with your decisions.
The game itself looks to be a great concept. The idea is to draw a line in the sand (or sandpile) and then decide how far you want to go. The game itself looks to be a great concept. It looks like the concept is well-executed, but it gets a little weird when you think about how much work went into this game. You can’t do anything unless you have a line drawn on the sand. And even if you could you’re not quite sure what you’re going to find there.
The game is actually an awesome concept. But the way it’s implemented in the game is a little off. A lot of the game’s complexity seems to stem from its lack of an “end.” Because there’s nothing to find and you can’t really do anything until you’ve reached the end of the world.
Well, you do see the end of the game, but youre not really supposed to. Because the end of the world is supposed to be something that happens after the game is over, and therefore, something that you can actually do before the game ends. But you’re not supposed to be running around with an axe stuck in your chest.
Well, not that we know of. In globe-game, you actually are supposed to be running around with an axe stuck in your chest. Not because the game has an end, but because a certain guy is actually responsible for giving you an axe in the first place. Although, maybe you’re just a bit superstitious when it comes to dying.
I love globe-game too, since it comes from a game designer who knows how to throw together a fun setting. You don’t have to die to get globe-game, though. It just really sucks to die in this game. It’s like I’m in the middle of the ocean, and all the fish are swimming around me.
The problem is that globe-game has a lot of pretty little things that make it difficult to really get your bearings. Its a game of directions, so you have to start with your feet and not your head, and you have to be able to see the entire world. So when you die, you actually have to find and destroy eight Visionaries (which is a lot harder than it seems).
I guess the best way to sum up globe-game is that it’s an incredibly dumb game that has a lot of pretty little things that make it hard to really get your bearings. Its not fun at all, and at times it just annoys the hell out of me. I don’t know how I ended up playing it. Maybe I was just bored.
This is a question we get a lot. It’s easy to say that globe-game is dumb because it’s not that long, its just that it’s really short. The main difficulty is that you have to find and destroy the Visionaries in order to progress. Because everyone else has already done it and thus you can’t take a break to play with a friend.
